The most important competitive power affecting business performance is resource of human. In this context, like many important factors, how employees perceive their superiors as a leader, their work engagement and creativity are among the topics that should be emphasized because this increases the power of this human resource. In this study, it is aimed to explain the relationship between ethical leadership, work engagement and administrative creativity. Within the scope of the research, the employees of a large-scale company operating in the building materials sector constitute our sample. The questionnaire technique, one of the quantitative research methods, was used as the data collection method. The relationship between ethical leadership, work engagement and administrative creativity was examined by correlation analysis. As a result of the research, it was found that there is a positive and moderate relationship between ethical leadership and work engagement, there is a positive and moderate relationship between ethical leadership and administrative creativity, and there is a positive and moderate relationship between work engagement and administrative creativity.
