With the rise of Internet and technological devices, face-to-face communication has been replaced with online communication and in this case, it has had obvious and severe consequences in the workplace. Through penetration of technology to individuals’ work life, inappropriate behaviors that are called mobbing or workplace bullying could be done at virtual environment and could be reached to so many bystanders at digital environments. Cyber-bullying at work threatens employees in this context regardless of space and time. This situation poses a problem not only for employees but also for institutions and organizations. In this study, the phenomenon of cyberbullying in workplace will be examined in depth.
