Abstract
Küçük ve Orta Boy işletmeler ekonomi çarkının dönmesinde etkin rol oynamaktadır. İstihdam oluşturmada, katma değer sağlamada KOBİ’lerin payı ciddi oranda artmıştır. Ülke ekonomisinin büyümesinde ülke ekonomisine katkısı nedeniyle ekonomi yönetimlerinin vazgeçemediği ve bu nedenle bu ölçekteki işletmeler üzerine politika, strateji, plan ve program geliştirmişlerdir. Başta KOSGEB olmak üzere kamu kurumları tarafından KOBİ’lere yönelik ekonomi yönetimlerinin geliştirdiği politikalara uygun destek programları geliştirmişlerdir. KOBİ’lerin daha fazla katma değer üretmesi amacıyla yapılan faaliyetlerin verimliliği hedefe ulaşmak için büyük rol oynamaktadır

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an active role in the return of the economy. In creating employment, SMEs' share increased significantly in value added value.
