Çalışmanın amacı, günümüz sektörleri içinde teknoloji ve performans olgularını yapısı gereği mecburen kullanması gereken sivil havacılık sektöründe, liderlik türleri içinde diğerlerine oranla daha güncel olan dijital ve çevik liderlik tarzlarının örgütsel çeviklik ve çalışan performansı ile etkileşiminin incelenmesidir. Türkiye’de sivil havacılık sektöründe çalışan yöneticilerin liderlik tarzlarının astları tarafından nasıl algılandığının anlaşılması ve bu algının iş performansları ile örgütsel çevikliğe etkilerinin belirlenmesi de araştırmanın amaçları arasında belirlenmiştir. Bunun yanında belirtilen kavramlar arasında çalışan performansının aracı etkisi de incelenmiştir. Yapılan korelasyon analizleri sonucunda elde edilmiş istatistiksel neticelere göre çevik liderlik, dijital liderlik, çalışan performansı ve örgütsel çeviklik arasında pozitif ilişkilerin olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca çoklu regresyon analizi sonucu çalışan performansı üzerinde hem dijital liderliğin hem de çevik liderliğin pozitif etkilerinin olduğu anlaşılmaktadır.
The aim of the study is to examine the interaction of digital and agile leadership styles, which are more up-to-date than others, with organizational agility and employee performance in the civil aviation sector, which is required to use technology and performance phenomena within today's sectors. Understanding how the leadership styles of managers working in the civil aviation sector in Turkey are perceived by their subordinates and determining the effects of this perception on their job performance and organizational agility were also determined among the aims of the research. In addition, the mediating effect of employee performance among the mentioned concepts was also examined. According to the statistical results obtained as a result of the correlation analyses, it was seen that there were positive relationships between agile leadership, digital leadership, employee performance and organizational agility. In addition, as a result of multiple regression analysis, it is understood that both digital leadership and agile leadership have positive effects on employee performance.
