Kutanöz Anaplastik Büyük Hücreli Lenfoma: Bir olgu sunumu

Abstract

Primer kutanöz anaplastik büyük hücreli lenfoma, derinin CD30+ atipik T lenfositlerle karakterize T hücreli lenfomasıdır. Kırmızı-kahverengi plaklar veya nodüllerle karakterize olup lezyonların ülserasyonu sıklıkla görülür. Sıklıkla soliter olmakla birlikte nadiren multiple olabilir. Hodgkin hastalığı ve lenfoma dışı malignitelerle karışabildiği için ayırıcı tanısı önemlidir. Yüksek malignite gösteren, genelde hızlı seyreden ve nüks oranı yüksek olan bu grup lenfomalar kemoterapiye duyarlıdırlar. Biz burada saçlı deri ve cilt tutulumuyla giden kutanöz anaplastik büyük hücreli lenfoma olgusunu sunmayı amaçladık.
