Travmatik Subaraknoid Kanamada BT ve MRG Bulguları: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Subaraknoid kanama, kafa travmaları sonrası önemli
mortalite ve morbidite nedenidir. Akut durumlarda erken tanı ve uygun tedavi
yönetimi, ölüm veye kalıcı nörolojik defisit oranlarını düşürmektedir. Acil servis
koşullarında subaraknoid kanama tanısında en yaygın ve ilk uygulanan görüntüleme
yöntemi kontrastsız bilgisayarlı tomografidir. Bu olguda akut travmatik subaraknoid
kanamanın BT ve MRG bulgularını tartışmayı amaçladık.
