Damar Oluşum Fizyolojisi ve Vasküler Endotelyal Büyüme Faktörü

Abstract

Büyüme ve gelişme ile yara iyileşmesi gibi fi zyolojik süreçlerde doku beslenme mekanizmasının doğru çalışması organ
gelişimi ve fonksiyonu için önemlidir. Kanser gibi kontrolsüz ve disfonksiyonel büyüme ile devam eden patolojik süreçlerde
ise damar oluşumunun önlenmesi tedavi açısından önem taşır. Damarlanmanın oluşmasında temel molekül olan; VEGF
mitogenez, anjiyogenez ve endotelyal fonksiyonların düzenlenmesi dahil birçok önemli görev yapar. Bu makale ile; damar
oluşum mekanizmaları, görevli büyüme faktörleri, bu faktörlerin etkileştiği reseptör yapıları ve bu etkileşime neden olan
koşulların belirtilmesi amaçlanmıştır
