Enerji İçecekleri Ruhu Kanatlandırıyor ya Bedeni ?

Abstract

Energy drinks are the default items that improve physical and mental performance and they are mainly consumed by young people aged 15-25. They are used by students and long-distance drivers to make awekeness, by athletes to improve physical performance, by alcohol users to balance the emotional state and as well as general population to increase sexual performance. Their effects on the body are due to containing caffeine, inositol, taurine, glucuronolactone; but the literature is limited about energy drinks and their side effects. We wanted to give an overview about energy drinks in this article, and share the effects and also side effects of them by using information on the literature.

Enerji İçecekleri Ruhu Kanatlandırıyor ya Bedeni ?

Abstract

Enerji içecekleri özellikle 15-25 yaş arası gençler tarafından tüketilen, fi ziksel ve mental performansı arttırdığı varsayılan ürünlerdir. Öğrenciler ve uzun yol şoförleri tarafından uykuyu kaçırmak, sporcular tarafından fi ziksel performansı arttırmak, alkol alan kişilerce de emosyonel durumu dengelemek ve cinsel performansı arttırmak amacıyla kullanılır. Enerji içeceklerinin vücut üzerine etkileri içerdikleri kafein, inositol, taurin, glukuronolakton gibi maddelere bağlıdır fakat enerji içecekleri ve yan etkileri ile ilgili literatür bilgileri kısıtlıdır. Biz bu makalede enerji içecekleri hakkında genel bir bilgi vermek, etkileri ve yan etkileri ile ilgili literatür bilgilerini paylaşmak istedik.
