Gebelikte Hipertansif Hastalıkların Tanısı ve Yöntemi

Year 2018, Volume: 4 Issue: 1, 1 - 8, 23.03.2018

Abstract

Gebelikte en sık karşılaşılan medikal komplikasyon hipertansiyondur. Gebelikte hipertansif hastalıkların görülme insidansı tüm dünyada giderek artmaktadır. Hipertansiyon maternal morbidite ve mortaliteyi anlamlı derecede etkiler. Hipertansif gebe hastanın yönetiminde maternal uç organları koruyacak düzeyde bir kan basıncı sağlamak anahtar rol oynayacaktır. Bu amaçla makalemizde gebelikteki hipertansif hastlalıkların sınıflandırılması tanısı ve yönetim stratejilerini güncel klavuzlar eşliğinde tanımladık.

Diagnosis And Management Of Hypertension In Pregnancy

Year 2018, Volume: 4 Issue: 1, 1 - 8, 23.03.2018

Abstract

The most common medical complication of pregnancy is hypertension. The incidence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy is increasing all over the world. Hypertension significantly affects maternal morbidity and mortality. Provide enough blood pressure for protecting maternal end organ will play a key role in management of hypertensive pregnant patients. To this end, in this paper we describe the classification of the hypertensive disorders, diagnosis and management in pregnancy in the light of current guidelines.
