Dr. Emre Dandıl is the Associate Professor at Bilecik Seyh Edebali University, Department of Computer Engineering. He joined as a lecturer the Bilecik Seyh Edebali University in 2010, having previously taught at Ministry of Education for 3 years.

Dandıl's research and teaching focus on artificial intelligence, image processing, pattern recognition, biomedical, machine learning, computer-aided detection, medical informatics, data mining, and computer vision.

Dandıl studied Electronic and Computer Sciences as an undergraduate and earned an M.Sc. at Suleyman Demirel University. He is PhD in Computer Engineering at the University of Sakarya.

Dr. Dandıl also visited the Center for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT), Institute of Electronics, Communication & Information Technology (ECIT) at Queen's University Belfast (UK) to research Postdoctoral study as a Visiting Researcher in 2016-2017. He has studied there in a project relating foetal movement detection on US scans.

Dr. Kerim Kürşat ÇEVİK was born in Karaman (Turkey) in 1985. He attended to Süleyman Demirel University (Isparta, Turkey) and obtained his B.S. in Electronics and Computer Sciences in 2007. He graduated from Selçuk University (Konya, Turkey) with M.S. in 2010 and Ph.D. in 2016 in Computer Engineering. During his graduate studies, he worked as a lecturer in Computer Programming Program in Nigde University where he became assistant professor in 2017. in 2018, he joined the Department of Management Information Systems in Akdeniz University (Antalya, Turkey). He received the title of Associate Professor in the field of Management Information Systems in 2021. He currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in artificial intelligence, image processing, biomedical, machine learning, computer-aided detection, medical informatics, data mining, mobile programming and computer vision. His current research interests are in applications of deep learning in biomedical, management and agricultural sciences. Dr. Çevik has authored papers in international journals, delivered talks in scientific conferences, authored book chapters.

Dr M. Süleyman Yıldırım was born in 1983. In 2005, he graduated from Süleyman Demirel University as a Computer Systems Teacher. In 2022, he completed his PhD in Electronics and Computer Engineering at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University. He is currently working in the Department of Computer Technologies at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University Söğüt Vocational School. His research interests include deep learning, medical image processing and web-based decision support systems.

Abdullah Hulusi Kökçam was born in Elazığ, Türkiye in 1987. After graduating from Selçuk University's Industrial Engineering Department in 2008, he completed his master's degree in 2010 and his doctorate in 2017 at Sakarya University. He currently works as an assistant professor at the same university. During his master's studies, he focused on fuzzy project scheduling using meta-heuristic methods, while his doctoral research developed an alternative model for evaluating school performance in university entrance exams. He gained experience in business processes at ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center) from 2012 to 2013. He has participated as a researcher in various BAP (Scientific Research Projects), MARKA (Eastern Marmara Development Agency), and TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye) projects. His research interests include meta-heuristic methods, artificial intelligence, fuzzy logic, optimization, project scheduling, test performance analysis, and school success. Recently, he has focused on applying machine learning algorithms to problems in diverse fields such as computer science, electrical-electronics, civil engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, materials-metallurgy, geotechnics, and medicine.
