I am a Professor of Sport and Exercise Psychology in the Department of Kinesiology and Sport Management at Texas Tech University. Additionally, I am a Chief Researcher at the Education Academy, Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania. I am an expert in achievement goal research and writing and summarizing sport psychology meta-analyses. My research is supported by a number of funding agencies in the US and abroad.
