Osteoporoz Hastalarında Kanıtlar Eşliğinde Güncel Fizyoterapi Yaklaşımları

Abstract

Osteoporoz, kemik kırılabilirliği ve kırık eğiliminde artışla sonuçlanan ilerleyici, metabolik romatizmal bir hastalıktır. Wolf kanuna göre; kemik doku aralıklı yükler altında hipertrofiye uğrarken, statik yükler altında atrofiye uğramaktadır. Bu doğrultuda osteoporozda yüksek etkili, çok yönlü ve alışılmışın dışındaki yüklenmeleri içeren egzersizler önerilmektedir. Osteoporozda egzersiz programı; aerobik aktiviteler, postüral eğitim, progresif dirençli egzersizler, germe egzersizleri ve denge egzersizlerini kapsamalıdır. Bu egzersizlere ek olarak; egzersiz programı; esneme, koordinasyon, tüm vücut vibrasyonu ve çok bileşenli egzersizleri de içermelidir. Osteoporozu olan bireyler aşırı eğilme egzersizlerinden, gövde rotasyon hareketlerinden, keskin, aşırı genlik içeren hareketlerden, aşırı yük içeren hareketlerden kaçınmalıdır.
