Copyright Policy

Journal of Public Health Nursing requires authors to submit a signed version of the Copyright Agreement and Acknowledgement of Authorship Form during the initial submission process.

By signing this form, authors agree that the article, if accepted for publication by the Journal of Public Health Nursing will be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0) which permission to copy, adapt, distribute and reuse by third parties for non-commercial purposes, as long as only the published content is cited.

The authors retain all patent and other proprietary rights to the article, including copyright, and grant the Journal of Public Health Nursing the non-exclusive right to publish the work.

Authors must obtain permission from the copyright holder when using previously published content, including figures, tables, or any other material in both print and electronic formats. Legal, financial and criminal liabilities belong to the author(s).
