Effect of Different Temperature and Period Pre-warming on Hatching Traits

Abstract

This study was conducted with total 4050 breeding eggs obtained from ATAK-S parents aged 44 weeks according to the randomized parcels experimental design with the aim of determining the effects of pre-warming on hatching traits. The eggs were stored 8 days and then were allocated to treatment groups. Treatment groups were control (C); 24 0C -8 hours; 24 0C- 12 hours; 24 0C -18 hours; 24 0C -24 hours; 28 0C-8 hours; 28 0C-12 hours; 28 0C -18 hours; 28 0C -24 hours. Each treatment group consisted of 3 replications with 150 eggs in each replication. There were no significant differences among control and other groups in terms of hatchability, hatchability of fertile eggs, early embryo mortality ratios, middle embryo mortality ratios, late embryo mortality ratios.

Farklı Sıcaklık ve Sürelerde Uygulanan Ön Isıtmanın Kuluçka Özellikleri Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, ön ısıtmanın kuluçka sonuçlarına etkisini belirlemek üzere 44 haftalık yaştaki ATAK-S ebeveynlerinden elde edilen toplam 4050 adet damızlık yumurta kullanılarak tesadüf parselleri deneme deseninde planlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. Yumurtalar 8 gün depolandıktan sonra biri kontrol. diğerleri 24 ve 28 0C sıcaklıkta 8, 12, 18 ve 24 saatlik süreleri kapsayan 9 gruba ayrılmıştır. Her bir grup 3 tekerrürden oluşmuş ve her tekerrürde 150 adet yumurta kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesi neticesinde araştırmada üzerinde durulan çıkış gücü, kuluçka randımanı, erken, orta ve geç dönem embriyo ölümleri bakımından gruplar arasında farklılık bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir
