Serbest Yetiştirme (Free-Range) Sisteminin Beyaz ve Kahverengi Yumurtacı Genotiplerin Yumurta Verim ve Kalitesine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırma altlıklı yer ve serbest yetiştirme sisteminin; beyaz (O1Tx) ve kahverengi (GxSx) yumurtacı hibritlerin verim, yumurta kalite, yumurta besin madde özellikleri ile bazı iç organ ağırlıklarına etkisini saptamak amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Üzerinde durulan özelliklerden %5 ve %50 verim ağırlığı, şekil indeksi, ak indeksi, 1 haugh birimi bakımından altlıklı yer sistemi (P<0.05); sarı rengi, dalak ve taşlık ağırlığı bakımından da serbest sistem daha yüksek değerler (P<0.05) göstermiştir. Kahverengi yumurtacılar beyaz yumurtacılara %5 ve %50 verim yaşı, kümese konan tavuk başına yumurta verimi, yumurta ağırlığı, kirli yumurta oram, yere yumurtlama oranı, yumurta yüzey alanı, yumurta san rengi ve vitamin A miktarı ile karaciğer ağırlığının düşük olması bakımından (P<0.05); beyaz yumurtacılarda kahverengi yumurtacılara %5 ve %50 verim ağırlığı, şekil indeksi, kabuk kalınlığı, ak indeksi, Haugh birimi, kan ve et lekeli yumurta oranının düşüklüğü, yumurtalarında kadmiyumun miktarının az olması bakımından (P<0.05) üstünlük sağlamış ve ince bağırsak uzunluklarındaki farklılıklar önemli olmuştur (P<0.05). Ele alman diğer özellikler bakımından farklılıklar önemli bulunmamıştır

The Effects of Free Range System on Egg Productions and Egg Quality of Brown and White Layer Genotypes

Abstract

This research was conducted to compare the differences between free range and deep-litter systems on white (O1Tx) and brown layers (GxSx) in terms of the production, quality characters and nutritional value of eggs and the weight of some internal organs. While the differences was significantly important in favour of deep litter in terms of %5 and % 50 production weight, shape index, albumen index and Haugh unit production, differences was in favour of free range system in terms of egg yolk yellow tone, the weight of spleen and gizzard. Comparing white egg layers and brown egg layers for the following characters, while brown layers had advantage in terms of %5 and % 50 production age, egg production hen-housed, egg weight, ratio of laying ground, ratio of dirty eggs, egg’s surface area, egg yolk colour, vitamin A, white layers had advantage in terms of %5 and % 50 production weight, shape index, shell thickness, albumen index and Haugh unit production, lesser blood and meat spot and lower cadmium level, and length of small intestine. There w’ere no differences for the other characters investigated.
