Yumurta Tavuğu Yemlerinde Gama Işınlanmış ve Enzim Eklenmiş Buğday ve Arpa Kullanılmasının Bağırsak Viskozitesi, İnce Bağırsak Florası ve Yumurta Radyoaktif Kontaminasyon Riski Üzerine Etkisinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yumurta tavuğu yemlerinde 0, 10, 100 kGy düzeyinde gama ışınlanmış arpa ve buğday kullanılması ile enzim ilavesinin bağırsak viskozitesi, incebağırsak mikro florası ve yumurtada radyoaktif kontaminasyon riski üzerine olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Çalışma 36 haftalık yaşta 324 adet Brown Nick kahverengi yumurtacı tavuk kullanılarak 10 hafta sürdürülmüştür. Deneme 6 tekerrürlü olarak her bir alt grupta 6 adet tavuk olmak üzere 9 grupta tesadüf blokları deneme düzeninde yürütülmüştür. Bağırsak viskozitesi üzerine arpa ağırlıklı yemlerde enzim ya da gama ışını uygulamasının etkisi görülmezken, buğday ağırlıklı yemlerde viskozitenin önemli ölçüde azaldığı tespit edilmiştir. Özellikle buğdayın 100 kGy dozunda gama ışınlanması viskoziteyi önemli ölçüde düşürmüştür(P<0.05). İnce bağırsak mikro florasına gama ışınlama uygulamasının ve enzim uygulamasının önemli bir etkisinin olmadığı bulunmuştur. Ayrıca arpa ve buğdayın 10 ve100 kGy düzeyinde gama ışınlanmasının yem ve yumurtada herhangi bir radyoaktif kontaminasyona yol açmadığı tespit edilmiştir

Abstract

In this study, the effect of using gamma irradiated barley and wheat (0, 10 and 100 kGy) and enzyme supplementation on the intestinal viscosity, micro flora and radioactive contamination of eggs was examined. In this experiment 36 weeks old, 324 Brown Nick laying hens were used for ten weeks. The study was a randomized complete block design with 9 dietary treatments within 6 blocks of 54 pens each 6 birds per pen. Intestinal micro flora was unaffected by the treatments. Intestinal viscosity was significantly decreased in wheat fed birds, especially 100 kGy gamma irradiation. The intestinal micro flora examined in the experiment was not significantly affected by gamma irradiation and enzyme supplementation. There was no observed radioactive contamination both in feeds and eggs under 10 and 100 kGy gamma irradiation of barley and wheat.
