Phytobiotics and Their Roles in Broiler Nutrition

Year 2019, Volume: 16 Issue: 1, 23 - 29, 26.07.2019

Abstract

In recent years researches on the importance of
phytobiotics has increased intensely. This increase was caused by the occurring
of cross resistance risk by using antibiotics as growth promoters and consumer
preference for natural foods. Positive results directed to performance, poultry
health and product quality was observed from the researches on phytobiotics
which are mostly existing from essential oils.

Fitobiyotikler ve Etlik Piliçlerin Beslenmesindeki Rolü

Year 2019, Volume: 16 Issue: 1, 23 - 29, 26.07.2019
https://doi.org/10.34233/jpr.465575

Abstract

Son yıllarda fitobiyotiklerin hayvan beslemedeki önemine
yönelik araştırmalar yoğunluk kazanmıştır. Bu araştırmaların yoğunlaşmasında, antibiyotiklerin
büyütme faktörü olarak kullanımıyla çapraz direnç oluşma riski, insanların
doğal gıdalara yönelme isteği etkili olmuştur. Daha çok esansiyel yağlardan
oluşan fitobiyotiklerin etlik piliç yem rasyonlarında kullanılması ile
performans, kanatlı sağlığı ve ürün kalitesine yönelik olumlu etkileri birçok
araştırmada gözlenmiştir.
