Abstract
In this study, our aim was to discuss squamous cell carcinoma in gall bladder which is encountered rarely. Squa-mous cell carcinoma altought it is seen very rarely like other carcinomas of the gall bladder, it progreses agresively. The long survival rate is possible with early diagnosis. This is obtained with development of early diagnostic methods. Because complaints of the patient and the physical findings are nonspesific, the gold standart in diagnosis and treatment is to be always suspicious about it.

Abstract
Yazımızda safra kesesinde skuamöz hücreli karsinom teşhis edilen bir olgunun, nadir görülmesi nedeniyle tartışılması amaçlandı. Skuamöz hücreli karsinom nadir görülmekle birlikte, diğer safra kesesi tümörleri gibi son derece agresif seyreder. Uzun süreli sağkalım ancak erken tanı ile mümkündür. Bu da prognozdaki başarının erken tanı yöntemlerinin gelişmesiyle sağlanabileceğini göstermektedir. Hasta şikayetleri ve klinik muayene bulguları nonspesifik olduğundan tanı ve tedavideki altın standart öncelikle şüphelenmektir.
