INTRAPERITONEAL AND INCISIONEL LOCAL ANESTHETIC ADMINISTRATION FOR POSTOPERATIVE PAIN MANAGEMENT IN LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate of the efficiency of intraperitoneal and incisionellocal anesthetic administation for patients postoperative pain relief who underwentlaparoskopic cholecystectomy.In this study intraperitoneal and incisionel local anesthetic administiation was performedafter laparoscopic cholecystectomy.At the evaluation results of Grup B (bupivacain) and Grup L (levobupivacain) VAS painscore was statistically decreased in Grup P (placebo).Intraperitoneal and incisionel local anesthetic administation can be effective methods forpostoperative pain management after laparascopic cholecystectomy.
