Abstract
Alcoholism is associated with erythrocytes, platelets and leukocytes abnormalities. The most common signs of biochemical changes consistent with cellular toxicity. Ethanol or ethanol metabolite trombosit cause damage and disorder extrakorpusküler factors may cause the platelet dysfunction. Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) according to the cause genetic, idiopathic, pregnancy, bone marrow transplantation, drugs (Tiklodipin), infections (HIV, Barfonella), malignancies (gastric adeno ca) further observed that alcohol-induced thrombocytopenia with platelet function disorders. Alcohol intoxication after prolonged or recurrent neurological symptoms, high LDH level, in case of thrombocytopenia and fragmented red blood cells, observed in TTP after high doses of alcohol intake should be remembered as a serious hematological complications.
Abstract
Alkolizm eritrosit, trombosit ve lökositlerde anormalliklerle ilişkilidir. En sık biyokimyasal değişiklikler hücresel toksisite bulguları ile uyumludur. Ethanol yada ethanol metaboliti trombosit hasarı ve ekstrakorpusküler faktörlerde bozukluğa neden olarak trombosit fonksiyon bozukluğuna yol açabilir. Trombotik trombositopenik purpura (TTP) nedenleri arasında genetik idiopatik, gebelik, kemik iliği transplantasyonu, ilaçlar (Tiklodipin), alkol infeksiyonlar (HİV, Barfonella) ve malignensiler (gastrik adenokanser) sayılabilir. Alkole bağlı trombositopenide trombosit fonksiyon bozukluğu daha fazla gözlenmektedir. Alkol intoksikasyonu sonrası uzamış veya tekrarlayan nörolojik bulgular, yüksek LDH düzeyi, trombositopeni ve parçalı eritrositler durumunda, TTP yüksek dozda alkol alımı sonrası gözlenebilecek ciddi bir hematolojik komplikasyon olarak hatırlanmalıdır.
