DUPLICATION CYST OF THE GALLBLADDER.

Abstract

Gallbladder anomalies (such as number, shape and location) are important due to increase the risk of surgical complications although rare. In this study, we aimed to share our clinic experience about a case detected gallbladder dublicatin cyst. In a 35-year-old male patient presenting with signs of cholecystitis, adjacent to the gallbladder, 4x3 cm in size, cystic soft tissue was observed in the ultrasonographic examination and MRCP. The lesion was excised laparoscopically and it was described as a gallbladder duplication cyst result of macroscopic and histopathological examination. The patient’s postoperative course was uneventful and discharged on the first postoperative day. There is only one case published in the literature. Gallbladder duplication cyst should be considered in differential diagnosis of the biliary system lesions and anatomy of the biliary tract should be meticulously analysed to avoid surgical complications.

Safra kesesi duplikasyon kisti. Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Safra kesesi anomalileri (sayı, şekil ve lokalizasyon gibi) nadir olmakla birlikte cerrahi komplikasyon riskini artırmaları nedeniyle önemlidir. Bu çalışmada safra kesesi duplikasyon kisti saptanan bir olguyla ilgili klinik tecrübemizi paylaşmayı amaçladık. Kolesistit bulgularıyla gelen 35 yaşında erkek hastaya yapılan ultrasonografi ve MRCP’de safra kesesine bitişik, 4x3 cm boyutunda, kistik yumuşak doku lezyonu izlendi. Laparoskopik olarak çıkarılan lezyon, makroskopik ve histopatolojik inceleme sonucu safra kesesi duplikasyon kisti olarak değerlendirildi. Hastanın postoperatif dönemi sorunsuz seyretti ve postoperatif birinci gün taburcu edildi. Literatürde safra kesesi duplikasyon kisti tanısı ile yayınlanmış sadece bir olgu vardı. Sonuç olarak safra kesesi duplikasyon kisti biliyer sistem lezyonlarının ayırıcı tanısında dikkate alınmalı, cerrahi komplikasyonlardan kaçınmak için biliyer sistem anatomisi titizlikle değerlendirilmelidir.
