Abstract

Üst ekstremite tıkayıcı arter hastalığında etiyolojide çeşitli faktörler rol oynamaktadır. Ateroskleroza bağlı arteriyel tromboz görülme sıklığı %10-30 iken, bu oran embolilerde % 80 civarındadır. Gerek aterosklerozun üst ekstremitede daha az görülmesi, gerekse kollaterallerin yaygınlığı, üst ekstremite arteriyel hastalıklarda semptomlar alt ekstremiteden daha hafif seyretmesine sebeb olmaktadır. Etyolojide çeşitli faktörler rol oynamasına rağmen tedavi seçenekleri sınırlıdır. Bu çalışmamızda üst ekstremitenin kronik arteryel oklüzyonu nedeniyle kiniğimize gelen ve opere ettiğimiz olguyu sunduk.

THE UPPER EXTREMITY ARTERIAL OCCLUSIVE DISEASE; CASE REPORT

Abstract

The various factors play the role in etiology of upper extremity occlusive arterial diseases. The incidance rate of arterial thrombosis due to atherosclerosis is %10-30. This rate is %80 in embolies. Since the atherosclerosis is less seen in upper extremity and because of the widespread of collateralies, the sympthoms of upper extremity arterial diseases are milder than lower extremity. Although the various factors play the role in etiology of upper extremity occlusive arterial diseases, treatment choices are limited. In this study, we presented the case operated because of upper extremity occlusive arterial diseases.
