Abstract

Tumor formation in the retrorectal field is infrequent. Tumors that occur in this area are often heterogeneous. These tumors are usually detected incidentally during pelvicorrectal examination. Character of tumor determined width of surgery for retrorectal tumors. A patient that have retrorectal tumor detected incidentally during a gynecological examination is discussed in with current literature in this article.

Abstract

Retrorektal bölgede tümör oluşumu nadirdir. Bu alanda oluşan tümörler çoğunlukla heterojendir. Bu tümörler genellikle pelvik veya rektal muayene sırasında tesadüfen saptanırlar. Retrorektal tümörlerde cerrahinin boyutunu tümörün karakteri belirler. Bu makalede jinekolojik muayene sırasında tesadüfen saptanan retrorektal tümörlü bir hasta güncel literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.
