Abstract

Traumatic abdominal wall hernia is a rare type of traumatic injury and its observed in less than 1% of all trauma cases. In daily practice, it is a kind of injury that generally not be considered in the initial evaluation of trauma patients. In this paper, 3 traumatic abdominal wall hernia patients who were not treated by emergency surgery have been presented, and current literature is reviewed.

Abstract

Travmatik abdominal duvar hernisi nadir görülen bir yaralanma türüdür ve tüm travma olgularının %1‘inden azını oluşturur. Güncel pratikte travma hastalarının ilk değerlendirme aşamasında genellikle akla getirilmeyen bir yaralanma türüdür. Bu yazıda künt karın travması sonrası oluşan ve acil cerrahi girişim uygulanmayan üç travmatikabdominal duvar hernisi olgusu eşliğinde güncel literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.
