Rural Kindergarten Sports Resource Supply Dilemmas and Solutions Under Rural Revitalization

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, the supply of physical education resources in rural kindergartens is an important issue for achieving educational equity and the all-round development of rural children. Currently, rural areas face three structural dilemmas: First, urban - rural and regional resource allocation imbalances lead to unfair distribution, with economically underdeveloped regions suffering from inadequate venues, outdated facilities, and fragmented policy implementation. Second, there is a shortage of professional sports teachers and non - systematic training, causing superficial sports activities and making it hard for teachers to guide children's motor skill development scientifically. Third, Insufficient financial guarantee, low - efficiency cross - departmental coordination, and hardware - indicator - focused assessments weaken the institutional sustainability of resource supply. To address these issues, the study suggests three optimization paths: In terms of policy, a tiered and classified financial safeguard mechanism should be built, with enhanced dynamic monitoring and cross - regional resource sharing. For teacher development, a county - township - village three - level training system should be established, combined with digital empowerment and incentive mechanisms to improve professionalism. In terms of social collaboration, integration of enterprises, communities, and other entities is needed. And through technological approaches to activate local resources and create a local - characterized education ecosystem. Future research should delve deeper into integrating local cultural resources with sports curricula, tracking policy implementation effects in the long term, and focusing on the needs of vulnerable groups like left - behind children. This will promote precise, inclusive, and sustainable resource supply, laying a foundation for rural children's healthy growth and local cultural heritage.
