Kadın Futbolculara Uygulanan 8 Haftalık Pliometrik Antrenman Metodunun Bazı Fiziksel Performans Değerleri Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın genel amacı, pliometrik antrenmana katılan kadın futbolcuların belirli
fiziksel performans değerlerini incelemekti.
Yöntemler:
Çalışmaya, Siirt ilinde 3. Lig'de futbol oynayan 15-23 yaşları arasındaki
15 kadın futbolcu katılmıştır. Antrenman öncesinde ve sonrasında
sporcuların boy, kilo, 30 m
sprint, 10x5 mekik koşu çeviklik testi, flamingo denge testi, ayakta uzun
atlama, esneklik, dikey atlama testi ve mekik testi ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Grup, 8 hafta boyunca haftada 3 gün
plyometrik antrenmana katıldı. Çalışmamızdaki verilerin analizinde SPSS 22 programı
kullanıldı. Elde edilen veriler aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma olarak
sunuldu. Veriler normal dağılım gösterdi ve
bağımlı grupları karşılaştırmak için eşleştirilmiş örnek t-testi kullanıldı.
Anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak belirlendi. Sonuçlar: Çalışmanın
sonunda elde edilen veriler, flamingo denge testi, dikey
sıçrama testi, ayakta uzun atlama ve esneklik değerlerinde ön-son test değerlerinde
önemli bir fark (p<0,05) gösterirken, 10x5 mekik koşu testi, 30 m sprint
testi ve barfiks testinde istatistiksel olarak
önemli bir fark bulunmadı (p>0,05). Sonuçlar: Plyometrik antrenmanın düzenli ve sistematik olarak uygulandığında, esneklik, denge, zıplama ve patlayıcı güç gerektiren bireysel ve takım sporlarında sporcuların performansına olumlu katkı sağladığını söyleyebiliriz. Antrenörlerin, sporcuların performansını artırmak ve uzun vadede korumak için plyometrik antrenmanı hem hazırlık hem de yarışma dönemlerine dahil etmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.

The Effect of an 8-Week Plyometric Training Method Applied to Female Soccer Players on Certain Physical Performance Values

Abstract

Background: The overall aim of this study was to examine certain physical performance values of female soccer players participating in plyometric training. Methods: The study included 15 female soccer players aged 15-23 who play soccer in the 3rd League in Siirt province. Before and after the training, measurements were taken of the athletes' height, body weight, 30 m sprint, 10x5 shuttle run agility test, flamingo balance test, standing long jump, flexibility, vertical jump test, and sit-up test. The group participated in plyo-metric training 3 days a week for 8 weeks. The SPSS 22 program was used to analyze the data in our study. The obtained data were presented as arithmetic mean and standard de-viation. The data showed a normal distribution, and the paired sample t-test was used to compare the dependent groups. The significance level was set at p<0.05. Results: The data obtained at the end of the study showed a significant difference (p<0.05) in the pre-post test values for the flamingo balance test, vertical jump test, standing long jump, and flexi-bility values, while no statistically significant difference was found in the 10x5 shuttle run test, 30 m sprint test, and pull-up test (p>0.05) Conclusions: We can say that plyometric training, when applied regularly and systematically, positively contributes to the perfor-mance of athletes in individual and team sports that require flexibility, balance, jumping, and explosive power. We believe that coaches should incorporate plyometric training into both the preparation and competition periods to enhance athletes' performance and ma-intain it over the long term.
