Inducing chondrogenic differentiation in ATDC5 cells using a three-dimensional hydrogel with GAG-mimicking properties by S. Yaylacı, JSR-A, no. 058, pp. 1–9, September2024, doi: 10.59313/jsr-a.1439875.

In the published version of this article, it was identified that Figure 1c is identical to Figure 1 (b) and (c) from a previously published work by the same author(s) (Biomacromolecules, 2013, 14, 17–26, DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.1021/bm301538k). This duplication occurred inadvertently due to a file management error. The figure in question depicts the morphological characteristics of peptide amphiphile (PA) nanofibers imaged via scanning electron microscopy (SEM). While the materials used in both studies exhibit similar structural features, inclusion of a previously published figure without explicit citation or justification was inappropriate. To address this error and ensure compliance with ethical publishing standards, a new figure—specific to the current study and derived from original data—has been prepared and submitted to replace the original Figure 1c. Additionally, Figure 2f-g was mistakenly labeled as a hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained image, when in fact it is a Safranin-O stained section. This image does not originate from the current study’s dataset and was included in error during file compilation. The figure does not contribute additional scientific value, as the relevant staining data are already correctly represented in Figures 2 and 3. Removal of Figure 2f-g does not affect the scientific integrity or conclusions of the article. We apologize for these errors and for any confusion they may have caused. This correction has been issued to uphold the accuracy and integrity of the scientific record.
