Andrew Fonksiyon Çizim Tekniği Yaklaşımı ile Çok Değişkenli Kalite Kontrol Eğrileri ve Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, çok değişkenli kalite kontrol yöntemlerinden biri incelenmiştir, Ayrıca; kalite kontrol işlemlerinin seri üretim yapan işletmeler için taşıdığı önem de ele alınmıştır. İşletmelerin pazar payını arttırabilmek ve üretim esnasında kaynak israfını önlemek, üretim maliyetini azaltmak sanayi kuruluşlarının temel hedeflerinden biridir. Bunu gerçekleştirmenin bir Yolu da üretim sürecini kontrol altlında tutmaktır. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde bir sanayi kuruluşunda üretilen ve çimento fabrikalarında kalsiyum oksitlerinin parçalanması ve termik santrallerde öğütülmesi için kullanılan ve Rotor Çekici olarak adlandırılan ürüne ilişkili veriler kullanılmıştır. Veriler belli aralıklarla ve 5'erli gruplar halinde 50 adet ürüne ilişkili 3 kalite özelliğinden elde edilmiştir. Bu verilere Andrew's fonksiyon çizim tekniği yaklaşımı uygulanmıştır. Bu metoda göre üretim sürecinin kontrol altında olduğu görülmüştür. Eğer üretim süreci kontrol altında olmasaydı, bu durum karar alıcılara iletilerek hatanın sebeplerinin araştırılması gerekecektir. Bu çalışma ile seri üretim yapan işletmelerde yöntemin etkin olarak kullanılabileceği görülmüştür.

Construct Multivariate Quality Control Curve by the Approach of Andrew's Function Plot Technique and an Application

Abstract

In this study, importance of multivariate quality control in serial production firms is considered. Increasing market share, preventing waste of resource and reducing the cost are main goal of the industrial enterprises. One of the ways for achieving this goal is the inspection of production process under control. In the application part of the study, data for the ROTOR ÇEKİCİ, used in the cement factory for the decompostion of the calcium oxide and in the thermic powerhouse for grinding are used, Data are obtained from relating to the 3 quality attibutes of 50 units product which are got with definite intervals and each group consist of 5. Andrew's function plot technique approach is applied to these data. It is seen that production process is under control using this method. If the process is not under the control this situation will be informed to the decison makers for the investigation of error reasons. It is shown that method is an efficent technique for the serial production systems. This method should be recommended for the control of a multivariate process.
