Abstract

Matematik bilimin dilidir. İstatistik, bilimin her alanında, tüm yaşam, yer küre ve evrenler boyutunda uygulanan temel bilimdir. İstatistik ve bilgi sistemlerinin asgari hata düzeyinde sağlanması; bilimin, araştırmanın, karar sistemlerinin bilgi akışını sağlayan temel olgudur (Hand, 2007). Temel bilim istatistiğin asgari hatada bilgi oluşturması ve bu kapsamda karar süreçlerine etkisi, mevcut metodolojiler ile birlikte, teori ve uygulamalarda, bilgi tahrifatı ve hata paylarının minimum düzeyde gerçekleştirilmesi gerekli bir koşuldur. Aynı şekilde sistem optimalinin gerçekleşmesinde istatistik bilimi teori ve uygulamalarında “Etik” gerekli bir koşuldur. Bu çalışma, bilimlerarası bir metodoloji ile küme düzeyinde ve dünya dinamikleri kapsamında, istatistiğin getirebileceği maksimum katma değeri yorumlamak amacını kapsamaktadır.

Statistical Science, Ethics, World Dynamics, Information Distortion and Their Effects on Decision Systems

Abstract

Mathematics is the language of science. Statistics as a fundamental science is applied to all disciplines of science, to life and to all dimensions and Dynamics of earth and the universes. Statistics, as a fundamental science, requires the elaboration of information and information systems at a minimum error margin level. In that context it becomes a necessary condition in the elaboration of decision making and decision-making systems. These requirements in science methodology, statistical theories, application with minimum information distortion and minimum error margins are necessary conditions for, equally, in the realization of “System Optimal” in theory and applications, “Ethics” is a necessary condition which needs to be endogenized to statistics. This study aims, through transdisciplinary science methodology, set structures and world dynamics, to elaborate the maximum value added which statistics including ethics can contribute to science.
