On the Probabilistic Basis of a Method Usable for Measuring of Case Period

Abstract

Probabilistic Base of a Method Usable for Measuring of Case Period: In this study, a formula usable to measure the case period has been developed and applied to the judicial statistics collected by State Institute of Statistics.
