Abstract
In this study, Household Labour Force Survey resullts which conducted by State Institute of Statistics in 1999 raw data related to Marmara Region were used to obtain profile of employed child in the poor households. Poverty threshold was determined by "Basic Necessities Approach" according to region and household size in 1994 prices and then this poverty threshold was inflated to 1999. For in the poor household employed child and their profile was observed by selected important variables which are too important to define household income level and socio-economic level.

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, DİE tarafından 1999 yılında gerçekleştirilen Hanehalkı İşgücü Anketi Marmara ve Akdeniz Bölgeleri ham veri sonuçları kullanılarak, yoksul olan hanelerdeki çalışan çocuk profili ortaya çıkarılacaktır. Bu amaçla, Marmara ve Akdeniz Bölgeleri için hanehalkı büyüklüğü ayrımında “Temel Gereksinimler Yaklaşımına” göre belirlenen yoksulluk sınırları esas alınarak hanelerin yoksul olup olmadığına karar verilerek; yoksul olduğu belirlenen hanelerde çalışan çocuklar ve tespit edilmiş olan değişkenlere göre çalışan çocuk kompozisyonu farklılaşması analiz edilecektir.
