Studies to be submitted to the journal must be prepared in accordance with the writing and publication principles stated below. Studies that do not comply with the specified rules may be returned to the authors without being evaluated by the editors. An English abstract is mandatory for all articles. In addition, uploading a similarity report (generated using iThenticate or Turnitin), a graphical abstract, and a copyright form is mandatory. Articles with missing documents will not be taken into evaluation.
1. Publication Language and File Format: Articles submitted to the journal may be prepared in Turkish or English. Studies are accepted only in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. Articles must be submitted through the electronic submission system.
2. Page Layout and Writing Format: The article text should be prepared according to the following formatting features: Font type: Times New Roman, Font size: 10 pt, Line spacing: 1.5, Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides, Paragraph alignment: Justified, Page number: Bottom right corner. Headings may be numbered and should comply with a hierarchical order.
3. Article Title and Author Information: The article title should clearly, understandably, and scientifically reflect the content of the study. The title should be provided in the language in which the article is written. The following elements should be included in the author information: Name and surname, Institutional affiliation, ORCID number, E-mail address.
4. Article Sections: It is recommended that research articles include the following sections: Introduction, Literature / Theoretical Framework, Method, Findings, Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendations, References. Different section structures may be used depending on the nature of the study.
5. Tables, Figures, and Visuals: Tables, graphs, maps, and figures should be placed appropriately within the text. Each table and figure must have a number and title. Visuals should be high resolution (at least 300 dpi). The responsibility for the use of copyrighted materials belongs to the author.
6. Citation System: The journal uses the APA 7 citation system. In-text citations and references should be prepared in accordance with APA 7 rules. In reference organization, the use of reference management programs such as Zotero, Mendeley, and EndNote is recommended.
7. Ethical Rules and Scientific Responsibility: Studies submitted to the journal must comply with scientific ethical principles. Situations such as plagiarism, data fabrication or manipulation, use of fake references, duplicate submission, and unfair authorship are considered ethical violations. When necessary, ethics committee approval should be submitted together with the article.
8. Artificial Intelligence Usage Statement: Artificial intelligence tools may only be used for supportive purposes. Artificial intelligence tools used for language editing, data analysis, or technical support purposes should be stated within the article. Scientific content and all academic responsibility belong to the authors.
9. Author Contribution and Conflict of Interest Statement: In multi-authored studies, the contribution of each author should be clearly stated. In addition, authors are obliged to declare possible conflicts of interest.
10. Open Science and Sustainability Policy: The journal supports open science principles. Data sharing, methodological transparency, and reproducible research are encouraged. Studies related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals may be included within the scope of priority evaluation.
11. Evaluation Process: Studies submitted to the journal are subjected to a double-blind peer review process after preliminary review. The editorial board may request revisions from the authors when deemed necessary. Acceptance for publication is finalized by the decision of the editorial board.
