The Ministry of national Education develop materials and enrich lesson’s contents of EBA Then make it available for students and teachers. Teachers and students use EBA for distance education during pandemic period. The purpose of this study is expressing social studies teacher’s opinions in the 21st century technology and Informatıcs have advanced very fast and education has been affected by this change. Teachers should have knowledge about informatics should use it. This is very important This study research group created by 10 teachers who are working in the center of Yalova for this study Qualitative Research method is used. The data were collected by interview technique. The data obtained were evaluated by content analysis. Research group search teacher’s information and usage levels about EBA, terms of office gender, degrees whether it creates a difference in this study it was found that all of the teachers are more advanced about on frequency of use and mastery of content. Also in this study it was found that all of the teachers had sufficient knowledge about EBA. But it has been seen that new teachers are more on frequency of use and mastery of use and mastery of content. Also in this study the difficulties faced by teachers in the use of EBA and in the application of live lessons are stated.
