Türkiye’de Yetişen Dorycnium Miller. Fabaceae Türlerinin Anatomik Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’de yayılış gösteren Dorycnium Miller. Fabaceae cinsine ait 10 taksonun gövde ve yaprak anatomik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Gövde ve yapraktan alınan enine kesitlerin mikroskoptaki görüntüleri karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiş ve fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. Tespit edilen gövde ve yaprak anatomisi karakterlerine göre epidermis, hipodermis, korteks parankiması, sklerenkima, floem, kambiyum, ksilem, öz, üst epidermis, alt epidermis, mezofil tabakası, demet kını hücreleri türler birbirleri ile karşılaştırılarak ortak ve farklı anatomik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Dorycnium cinsinin gövde ve yaprak anatomisi özelliklerinin türler arasında farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir

Anatomical Features of Dorycnium Miller. Fabaceae Species Growing in Turkey

Abstract

In this study, the anamotical features of the leaf and stem of 10 taxa belonging to the Dorycnium Miller. genus were investigated. Crosssections from stem and leaf were investigated and compared under the light microscope and images and photos were taken. According to detected characters from the stem and leaf anatomy e.g. epidermis, hypodermis, cortical parenchyma, sclerenchyma, phloem, cambium, xylem, pith, upper epidermis, lower epidermis, mesophyll, bundle sheath cells the species were examined in common and different features and compared to each other. In terms of stem and leaf anatomy of the Dorycnium genus, the different features between the species were detected.
