Yapay Zeka Teknolojisinin İslami Finans Uygulamalarındaki Yeri Üzerine Bir İnceleme

Abstract

İnsan benzeri düşünme ve öğrenme yeteneğine sahip bilgisayar sistemlerini temel alan yapay zeka, günümüzde farklı endüstriler ve sektörler tarafından kullanılmaktadır. Gündelik yaşamı ve karmaşık iş süreçlerini kolaylaştırarak daha verimli bir düzen kurmak için geliştirilen bu teknoloji, işlem hacmi görece fazla olan finans sisteminin katılımcıları arasında son yıllarda büyük ilgi görmektedir. Bu çalışma, ileri bilgisayar yöntemlerinden biri olan yapay zeka teknolojisinin, İslami Finans alanında kullanılabilirliği ve mevcut uygulamalardaki yeri üzerine incelemelerde bulunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Şeri esaslara dayanan İslami Finans Sistemi’nde yapay zeka, insan kaynağına hizmet eden ancak süreçle ilgili inisiyatifi kullanıcı kişiye bırakan bir teknolojidir. Bu bağlamda yapay zekaya insan zekasının üzerinde bir değer atfedilmemektedir. İslami Finans alanında yapay zeka kullanımıyla ilgili değerlendirme çalışmaları genel olarak metin madenciliği, algoritmik ticaret, hisse senedi seçimi ve robo danışman teknolojisiyle ilgili gelişmelere odaklanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında yapılan incelemelerde, başta Körfez ülkeleri olmak üzere Malezya ve ABD gibi İslami Finans Sistemi’nin gelişmiş olduğu ülkelerde yapay zeka teknolojisinden yararlanıldığı tespit edilmiştir.

A Study on the Place of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Islamic Finance Applications

Abstract

Artificial intelligence, which is based on computer systems capable of human-like thinking and learning, is used by different industries and sectors today. This technology that are developed to build a more efficient system by facilitating daily life and complex business processes has attracted great interest in recent years among the participants of the financial system, which it has a relatively large transaction volume. This study aims to examine the usability in the field of Islamic Finance of artificial intelligence technology, which is one of the advanced computer methods and about its place in current applications. In the Islamic Finance System, which is based on Shariah principles, artificial intelligence is a technology that serves to human resources but leaves to the participant the initiative regarding the process. In this context, to the artificial intelligence isn’t valued above human intelligence.Evaluation studies on the use of artificial intelligence in Islamic Finance have generally focused on developments in text mining, algorithmic trading, stock selection and robo advisor technology. In the examinations that are made within the scope of the study, it has been determined using artificial intelligence technology in countries that are developed of Islamic Finance System such as Malaysia, Bangladesh and the USA, Especially Gulf Countries.
