The similarity status report obtained from the plagiarism software should be uploaded to the journal's system during the submission process.
   Here are the guidelines regarding similarity rates:
   1. Acceptance: Studies with a similarity rate below 20% (excluding the abstract, abstract, and bibliography) are accepted for further evaluation.
   2. Rejection: Articles with a similarity rate exceeding 30% are rejected without being sent to referees.
   3. Recommendation for Contacting the Author: If the similarity rate falls between 20% and 30%, the author is advised to be contacted to address and eliminate the identified similarities.
