Adölesan ve Gençlerde Cinsel Sağlık Üreme Sağlığı: Etkileyen Faktörler ve Sorunlar

Öz

Günümüzde birçok faktör adölesan ve gençlerin cinsel sağlık üreme sağlığı (CSÜS) nı etkilemektedir. Bu faktörler; ilk cinsel ilişki, gebelik ve evlilik yaşı, kontraseptiflerin kullanımı, Cinsel Yolla Bulaşan Enfeksiyonlar (CYBE), istenmeyen gebelik ve doğumlar, anne ölümleri, cinsel şiddet, menstrüal hijyen, dijital CSÜS, korunmasız cinsel ilişki ve riskli cinsel davranışlar olarak sıralanabilmektedir. Ulusal hedeflere ve SKH’ne (Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri) ulaşılması açısından adölesan gebelik ve doğumların azaltılması önem arz etmektedir. Özellikle adölesan ve gençlerin cinsel ilişki yaşının 18 yaşın üzerine ötelenmesi ve kontraseptif yöntemlerin yaygın kullanımının sağlanması gerekmektedir. Bu derlemede adölesan ve gençlerin CSÜS’na etki eden faktörler literatüre dayalı olarak incelenmiştir. Buradan yola çıkarak adölesan ve gençlerin CSÜS’na ışık tutmak amaçlanmıştır.
