Abstract
Türkiye’de sadece siyasi tıkanıklıkların olduğu zamanlarda değil güçlü siyasi figürlerin iktidarda olduğu zamanlarda da yönetsel yapının değiştirilmesi konusu gündeme gelmiştir. Tartışmaların temel meselesi ise doğru yapısal değişikliğin nasıl uygulanacağından çok nasıl sonuçlar doğuracağı olmuştur. 70’li yılların sonundan günümüze kadar süregelen düşünsel birikim ışığında mevcut cumhurbaşkanlığı hükümet sisteminin yarattığı koşulların anlaşılması bu çalışmanın elde ettiği bulgular ile mümkün olabilecektir. Bu kitapta, yürütme yetkisinin tek elde toplanması ve buna eşlik eden yasama gücüyle birlikte Türkiye’nin siyasi geleceği üzerindeki etkileri, avantaj ve dezavantajları ampirik örneklerle karşılaştırmalı olarak ele alınmıştır.

Abstract
In Turkey, the issue of changing the administrative structure has come to the fore not only when there are political bottlenecks but also when strong political figures are in power. The main issue of the discussions has been how the correct structural change will produce results rather than how to apply it. Understanding the conditions created by the current presidential government system in the light of the intellectual accumulation that has continued since the end of the 70s will be possible with the findings of this study. In this book, the concentration of executive power in one hand and the accompanying legislative power as well as its effects, advantages and disadvantages on Turkey's political future are discussed in comparison with empirical examples.
