The emergence of modern technological techniques and social networks has had a great impact on all aspects of human life: political, economic, social and cultural in all countries of the world. And its implications remain clearly apparent on the cultural life in the Arabic world and on the usage of Arabic language in particular in both writing and reading. Recently, there have been many rapid changes in the use of the Arabic language in the social media between the Classical and the Vernacular Arabic, and a mixture of local/native dialects and foreign languages that are threatening the use of the Arabic language in these technological means. And even the biggest which is threatening the Classical Arabic language is this linguistic phenomenon that has spread with the widespread use of smart phones and tablets in the Arabic world. The phenomenon is writing Arabic phonology in Latin letters, with abbreviations in foreign languages, especially English, and the use of numbers instead of letters. In particular, it is a linguistic phenomenon using by youth generation in writing and e-chat, in which the linguists call it many names: hybrid language, language pollution, Arabish language, Franco-Arab, Anglo-Arab,... . Why did this linguistic phenomenon not favor the use of classical Arabic by its people in social media? What is the cause of spreading of such phenomenon of language? How much impact does this increasingly common and widespread linguistic usage on Arab and cultural identity have?
