Acute Coronary Syndrome Following the Use of Bonsai

Abstract

Bonsai is a synthetic cannabinoid derivative. The frequency of its use is increasing in our country. There is no clear information on the composition of the recreational drug. It has serious side effects on the cardiovascular system. In this case report, we presented a 29-year-old male patient who developed non–ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome after consuming bonsai.

Bonzai Kullanımı Sonrası Gelişen Akut Koroner Sendrom

Abstract

Bonzai sentetik bir kannabinoid  türevidir. Ülkemizde kullanım sıklığı giderek artmaktadır. Bu keyif verici maddenin içeriği ile ilgili net bir bilgi bulunmamaktadır. Kardiyovasküler sistem üzerinde ciddi yan etkileri mevcuttur. Bu çalışmada bonzai kullanımı sonrası ST yükselmesiz akut koroner sendrom gelişen 29 yaşında erkek hasta sunulmuştur.
