Kalp Kapağı Dışı Yerleşimli Vejetasyon: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Elli yaşında kadın ateş ve halsizlik şikayetiyle başvurdu. Transtorasik ve transözefageal ekokardiyografi (TTE, TEE)’de sol ventrikül lateral duvarında hareketli, mural bir kitle izlendi. Biz burada sol ventriküler mural vejetasyonla birlikte kültür negatif infektif endokardit olgusu sunduk. Bu literatürde ilk olgudur.

Nonvalvular Vegetation: A Case Report

Abstract

A 50-year-old woman presented with fever and weakness. A large mobile mural mass was observed in the lateral side of the left ventricle using transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography. We speculated this to be a case of culture negative infective endocarditis with left ventricular mural vegetation; to the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported case in the literature.
