Pulmoner Arter Kateterizasyonunun Nadir Görülen Bir Komplikasyonu: Düğümlenme

Year 2016, Volume: 19 Issue: 2, 127 - 128, 01.08.2016

Abstract

Pulmoner
arter kateterinin düğümlenmesi nadir görülen bir pulmoner arter kateterizasyon
komplikasyonudur. Bu olgu sunumunda, aort,
mitral darlığı ve triküspit kapak yetmezliği nedeniyle açık kalp
cerrahisi uygulanan hastada, pulmoner arter kateterinin yerleştirilmesi
sırasında düğümlenmesinin fark edilmesi ve ardından sorunsuz olarak çıkarılması
anlatılmaktadır.

A Rare Complication of Pulmonary Artery Catheterization: Knotting

Year 2016, Volume: 19 Issue: 2, 127 - 128, 01.08.2016

Abstract

Pulmonary artery catheter knotting is a rare complication
of pulmonary artery catheterization. In this case report, we describe the
smooth removal of a pulmonary artery catheter after recognition of
strangulation during insertion of this catheter in a patient undergoing open
heart surgery due to aortic and mitral stenosis and tricuspid valve insufficiency.
