Kalp Transplantasyonu Sonrası Görülen Erken ve Geç Dönem Nörolojik Komplikasyonlar

Abstract

Siklosporinin klinik kullanımının bildirilmesinden sonra kalp transplantasyonunda yaşam süresi memnuniyet verici düzeye ulaşmıştır. Ancak, cyclosporine dahil diğer immunsupresif ilaçların çoğunun ciddi sayılabilecek, nörolojik komplikasyonlar başta olmak üzere, çeşitli yan etkileri ve komplikasyonları mevcuttur. Yazımızda hastanemizde 1989-2008 yılları arasında gerçekleştirdiğimiz 58 kalp naklinde geçici norolojik komplikasyonları olan üç vakayı irdelemeyi amaçladık.

Early and Late Neurological Complications After Cardiac Transplantation

Abstract

The clinical use of cyclosporine as an immunosuppressant improved the recipient's life span and revolutionized the field of cardiac transplantation. But most of the immunesuppressant drugs including cyclosporine may cause neurological and many other side effects. In this article we present three cases, from 58 patients, undergoing cardiac transplantation at our hospital from 1989 to 2008 in whom developed transient neurological complications.
