Abstract

Although it has been often considered as anatomical variations, false tendons of the heart, may rarely cause cardiac arrhythmias and murmurs. False tendon causing left ventricular obstruction has not been reported yet to the best of our knowledge.

Abstract

Kalp boşlukları içinde yalancı tendonlar çoğunlukla anatomik varyasyon olarak kabul edilmekle beraber nadiren kardiyak aritmilere ve üfürüme neden olabilir. Bildiğimiz kadarıyla, sol ventrikül içinde obstrüksiyona neden olan yalancı tendon olgusu şu ana kadar bildirilmemiştir.
