ÇÖZELTİ MADENCİLİĞİ YÖNTEMİYLE KAYA TUZU ÜRETİMİ

Abstract

Tuz, tüm canlılar için önemli bir maden kaynağı olmasının yanında tıp, kimya, ilaç, deri, tarım vb. birçok endüstride kullanılmaktadır. Tuz üretiminde kullanılan madencilik metotları; buharlaştırma, yeraltı madenciliği ve çözelti madenciliği olarak üç çeşittir. Çözelti madenciliği ile tuz üretim teknolojisinin kullanımı dünyada son yıllarda teknolojinin gelişimine bağlı olarak artmıştır. Madencilik sektöründe son derece güvenli, teknolojik ve çevre dostu bir yöntem olan çözelti madenciliği yöntemi ile çözücüsü genelde su olan tuz, soda vb. minerallerin işletilmesi oldukça ekonomik olmaktadır. Genellikle jeolojik ve epirojenik hareketlerle belli bir yönden bağlantısı kesilen bir iç deniz çukurunun dolmasıyla yüzlerce metre aşağıda oluşan halit domundan tuz üretimi, boru hattından pompalar yardımıyla tatlı su gönderip tuzun çözdürülmesini sağlayarak tuzlu su eriyiği elde edilmesiyle sağlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, tuz madeninde uygulanan çözelti madenciliği ile ilgili bilgilere ilaveten yeraltında oluşan tuz domlarından çözelti madenciliği yöntemiyle tuzun nasıl kazanılacağına dair açıklamalar, şekiller ve kaynaklara yer verilmiştir.

Rock Salt Production by Solution Mining Method

Abstract

Besides being an important mineral resource for all living things, salt is used in many industries such as; medicine, chemistry, medicine, leather, agriculture. There are three types of mining methods used in the salt production: evaporation, underground mining and solution mining. The use of solution mining and salt production technology have increased in recent years in accordance with technological development. The solution mining method, which is highly safe, technological and environmentally friendly method in the mining industry, is used for production operations of salt, soda etc., very economically that their solvent is generally water. The production of salt from halite dome, which is formed hundreds of meters below by filling an inland sea pit, which is generally disconnected from a certain direction by geological and epirogenic movements, is provided by sending fresh water with the help of pumps from the pipeline, and by dissolving the salt by obtaining salt water solution. In this study, information about solution mining applied to salt mine is given and there are explanations, figures and sources about how to gain salt from underground salt domes by solution mining method.
