GÜNEŞ ENERJİSİ KOLEKTÖRÜ ÜRETİMİNDE KAYNAK BAĞIMLI GÖREV SÜRELERİ İLE PARALEL MONTAJ HATTI DENGELEME

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Konya’da faaliyet gösteren ve güneş enerjisi kolektörü üreten bir firmanın montaj hatlarında kaynak bağımlı görev süreleri ile paralel montaj hattı dengeleme uygulaması yapılmıştır.
Öncelikle ilgili firmanın montaj hattı tanıtılmış ve kaynak bağımlı görev süreleri ile hat dengeleme yaklaşımını kullanmanın son derece uygun olduğunu göstermek amacıyla montaj hattındaki görevlerin farklı kaynak alternatifleri ile farklı sürelerde tamamlanma seçenekleri ortaya koyulmuştur. Daha sonra, karar vericiler tarafından mevcut montaj hattı ile aynı özelliklere sahip ikinci bir montaj hattının kurulmasına karar verildiği ve yeni kurulacak hattın mevcut hatta paralel bir şekilde yerleştirilerek faaliyet göstereceğinden hareketle bahsi geçen bu iki montaj hattının paralel montaj hattı dengeleme yaklaşımı ile bütünleşik olarak dengelenmesi yapılmıştır. Uygulama sonucu, bahsi geçen firmanın montaj hatlarının, karar vericiler tarafından planlanan çevrim süresi değeri için kaynak bağımlı görev süreleriyle paralel hat dengeleme yaklaşımı kullanılarak bütünleşik olarak dengelenmesinin, hatların birbirinden bağımsız dengelenmesi durumuna kıyasla aylık toplam maliyette % 5,67 oranında bir iyileştirme sağladığı belirlenmiştir. Aynı hatların beş farklı çevrim süresi değeri için dengelenmesiyle yapılan senaryo analizinde de kaynak bağımlı görev süreleriyle paralel hat dengeleme yaklaşımının bağımsız dengeleme yaklaşımına göre toplam maliyeti iyileştirme oranları ortalaması % 8,09 olarak elde edilmiştir.

Parallel Assembly Line Balancing with Resource Dependent Task Times in Manufacturing of Solar Energy Collector

Abstract

In this study, the approach of parallel assembly line balancing with resource dependent task times is applied in the assembly lines of a company operating in Konya and producing solar energy collectors. First of all, the assembly line of the relevant company was introduced and the alternatives of completing the tasks in the assembly line using different resources were presented in order to show that it is very convenient to use the approach of assembly line balancing with resource dependent task times.
Later, considering that the decision makers decided to establish a second assembly line with the same features as the existing assembly line and the new line will operate by placing it parallel to the existing line, these two assembly lines are balanced using the parallel assembly line balancing approach. As a result of the application, it is determined that the integrated balance of the aforementioned assembly lines using the approach of parallel assembly line balancing with resource dependent task times, provides an improvement of 5.67% in monthly total cost compared to the case of balancing the lines independently, for the cycle time value which is planned by decision makers. In the scenario analysis performed by balancing the same lines for five different cycle time values, the average of the total cost improvement rates of the parallel line balancing approach compared to the independent balancing is obtained as 8.09%.
