Toksik Liderliğin Örgütsel İtaat Aracılığıyla Üretkenlik Karşıtı İş Davranışı Ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Toksik Liderliğin Örgütsel İtaat aracılığıyla Üretkenlik Karşıtı İş Davranışı ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Üzerine Etkileri anket yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Ankette İstanbul ili hizmet sektöründe yer alan ve idari çalışan, orta düzey yönetici, üst düzey yönetici ve işletme sahibi statüsünde bulunan toplam 501 çalışana Toksik Liderlik, Örgütsel İtaat, Üretkenlik Karşıtı İş Davranışı ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti başlıkları altında sorular sorulmuştur. Analiz kısmında, nicel ve nitel sonuçlara ulaşmak için sosyal bilimler tarafından en fazla tercih edilen anket metodu ile alınan verilerin güvenilirliği, korelasyonu, regresyonu ve yorumlanması yapılarak araştırma hakkında somut bilgiler açıklanmıştır. Bu kapsamda liderliğin karanlık tarafı olan toksik liderliğin gizemini ortaya çıkarmak amaçlanarak, yöneticilerin sergiledikleri toksik liderlik tarzlarının örgütsel itaat değişkenin aracı rolü ile birlikte çalışanların üretkenlik iş karşıtı davranış ve işten ayrılma niyetine nasıl yansıyacağı sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. Bu amaçla toplanan veriler analiz edilmiş ve ilgili literatüre bazı katkılarda bulunulmuştur. Çalışmanın bulguları incelendiğinde, toksik liderliğin kısmi olarak işten ayrılma niyetini etkilediği görülmektedir.
