Abstract
Kolorektal kanserler ensık görülen 3. Kanser türüdür, bununla birlikte kolonun medüller kanserleri bunların yalnızca %1’ini oluşturan ve diğer tiplere göre daha benign seyreden türüdür. Nadir görülmeleri sebebiyle akla getirilmedikleri takdirde az differansiye adenokanserler, metastazlar ve hatta lenfomalar ile karıştırıla bilmektedirler. Bu çalışmada 57 yaşında kolon medüller karsinomlu bir olgunun klinikopatolojik özelliklerini ve tedavisini sunmayı amaçladık.
Abstract
Malign epithelial tumors of the colon and rectum are the third most common cancer in worldwide. Medullary carcinomas are constitute only %1 of them and have more favorable outcome than other histologic subtypes. Because of their rarity sometimes they can’t be noticed and misdaignosed as poorly didderentiated adenocarcinomas, metastases, even lymphomas. In this study we aim to present clinicopathological features and treatment of colonic medullary carcinoma of 57 year old patient.
