Although disability rates vvere found to be decreased in both experimental and control groups, a significant difference betvveen the mean disability scores of both groups vvere found. Conclusions: Based on these results recalling that the nursing interventions performed by home visits have increased the drug compliance of the patients, some recommendations to nurses about patient follovv-up are also emphasized in this study.
