The Probability of Suicide in Relation toVarious Factors in Schizophrenia
Abstract
İn this study, the relation of various personal,
social and family characteristics to suicide
probability levels of schizophrenic patients are
evaluated. Results shovved that several factors
indicate significantly high suicide probability
scores. These factors are residency, previous
suicide attempt, perceived occupational and
academical inefficiency, serious physical illness,
unvvillingness of social relationships and low social
skills level.
